Anti Noodles
アンタイヌードルズ
A nine-seat counter one minute from Nakagami Station in Akishima, serving ramen and tsukemen since 2014. It is also known for its weekend specials.
The shop
The owner, Mr. Isoda, worked at several well-known Tokyo ramen shops, each with a different style, before opening Anti Noodles in his hometown of Akishima on 30 August 2014. Ramen Beast listed it among the notable new ramen shops of 2014.
The bowl
The shoyu ramen soup is made from chicken and seafood. For tsukemen, pork bone (tonkotsu) is added to the same base. The noodles come from Murakami Asahi Seimen, a Tokyo noodle maker.
