Spicy miso ramen, made from scratch

"Kurenai" means crimson. Our signature bowl is a rich miso ramen with a heat you can enjoy — and over 70% of our customers order it.

MenuShops & access

Rich broth

Plenty of pork bones, whole chickens and chicken feet, boiled on high heat into a thick, savoury stock.

House-made noodles

Hand-cut style wavy noodles in seven thicknesses (2 mm–1 cm), from a flour we developed with a mill, made daily in our own noodle factory.

Everything homemade

Our spicy miso and chili oil are made in-house. The miso base is matured miso blended with several spices.

Make a day of it in western Tokyo

Fuchu is home to Ōkunitama Shrine, one of the oldest shrines in the Tokyo area, and Tokyo Racecourse. Kokubunji has the Tonogayato Garden, a quiet strolling garden a few minutes from the station. Both are an easy train ride from Shinjuku.
