The shop

Tabelog lists the opening as April 2001. The shop is on the Fuchu-kaido road about 20 m from the Okunitama Shrine west intersection toward Fuchuhommachi Station; from Fuchu City Hall, cross at the signal and turn right.

The bowl

The soup is a clear, Japanese-style soy-sauce broth with niboshi (dried sardine) to the fore, served with thin, springy noodles and topped with chashu, menma and green onion. Wonton noodles with large wontons are also on the menu.

How to order

The shop recently switched to meal tickets, so buy one first. Start with the chuka soba; a 2023 article named the wonton noodles with a seasoned egg as a popular choice. Tsuke zaru (dipping noodles) also appears on the menu.
