The shop

Teuchi Kagehinata opened on May 22, 2024. Tabelog notes it was taught directly by the Kawasaki shop Hikage. It was selected for Tabelog's Ramen Tokyo Hyakumeiten in 2024 and 2025.

The bowl

The soup is soy-sauce based with a clear ginger aroma. The hand-made noodles are wide, flat and chewy, and only a few strands go into each bowl. Toppings include chashu, and wonton is offered.

How to order

Order the ramen; a version with wonton and chashu is also served. Pay with coins of 50 yen or more (no 1-, 5- or 10-yen coins).
