The shop

Neko to Tsuki chan mie noodles opened on July 10, 2023. The owner trained at the Tsutsujigaoka shop Shibasakitei before going independent.

The bowl

The dashi centers on niboshi and other dried-fish flakes for a mild flavor, with aroma added by olive oil infused with niboshi. Medium-thin straight noodles are made from Hokkaido wheat. Toppings include chashu from domestic pork shoulder, a chicken meatball, and a fish-paste fritter fried after you order.

How to order

There is no ticket machine; you pay in advance when ordering. Choose the shoyu (soy sauce) or shio (salt) chuka soba. Side dishes include a chashu-mayo rice bowl and neko-manma (rice with bonito flakes), and seasonal limited dishes appear.
